Cafe Rio Ranch

This is the dressing that we make for the Cafe Rio Salad it tastes just like what you get form the restaurant. Since making it the first time we are finding all kinds of uses for this wonderful creamy dressing. Dip for taquitos , veggies, in tacos, on any salad. I'm sure if you like it you'll find lots of ways to incorporate this into any recipe!

Cilantro Ranch

Here's what you'll need:

1 packet Traditional Hidden Valley Ranch mix (not buttermilk)

1 c. mayo

1 c. buttermilk

1/2 bunch of fresh cilantro

1 glove of garlic

juice of 1 lime

1 jalapeno (remove seeds if you don't want it too spicy)

Throw all the above into a blender and mix...it's that easy!
