Fruit Salsa


I wished I would have put this up at the beginning of the summer instead of now, this is just a great summer recipe.  The thing that's nice is that this one is HEALTHY!! The worst part is the flour tortilla chips that you brush with melted butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar. But it's not that bad.  This is always a crowd pleaser and it even is good for breakfast.  Hope you like this!





This is what you'll need:

1 cup finely chopped strawberries
1 medium orange peeled and chopped
3 medium kiwis peeled and chopped
1 (8oz) can unsweetened crushed pineapple drained
1 Tblsp lemon juice
1 1/2 t. sugar

Combine all of the above into a bowl and serve with cinnamon chips.

I just cut up flour tortillas that have been brushed with melted butter and sprinkled with cinnamon sugar and bake until they are light brown.

That is all there is to this, refrigerate until ready to serve.
